Kristen Shaver, Office Manager 
 
Kristen is the "glue" of the agency. She keeps projects on target and on time. Kristen joined the firm in 1999 as administrative assistant. Upon the retirement of Sandra Lully, she was promoted to her current position. Kristen, who earned her degree in health promotion and exercise science at Appalachian State University, is also a part-time fitness trainer at the Central YMCA in Uptown Charlotte. 
 
 
 
 
Malisa Rorie, Project Manager 
 
Malisa started her career in Charlotte media with CBS/Infinity Radio after earning her degree in Communications/Electronic Media and minor in Advertising/Graphics at Western Carolina University. After three years in Charlotte radio as the Creative Services Director at CBS/Infinity Radio and as an Account Executive at Jefferson Pilot Communications, Malisa joined Collins, Haynes & Lully as Project Manager. Malisa is also a broadcast freelancer at the Bank of America Knowledge Channel. 
 
 
Sara Sellers, Administrative Assistant 
 
A former elementary-school teacher, Sara Sellers is the friendly voice that answers the phones and generally helps out in our fast-paced office. She’s a long-time volunteer – including Discovery Place and the American Cancer Society – and currently delivers meals for Friendship Trays and tutors first-graders. She was in the circus for two weeks -- no kidding! Rope burn convinced her to lead a more conventional life. Today,with her husband’s new business, Sellers Home Builders, Sara also serves as the consultant on affordable home designs.
